THE RECREATION GROUNDS

Opposite the Carfax is the recreation ground upon which Bath Rugby Club have their home and County Cricket is played. The Bath Balloon Club organise summer launches and many Bath festivals have events here.

If you want a more energetic Bath experience you could play croquet on the lawns or visit the Leisure Centre with its tennis and squash courts, swimming pool,  and indoor bowling, which is just a short walk across the ground from the hotel.
